1. Shipping Times
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Times: Once your order has been processed and shipped it should reach you witin 4-7 days depending on your location and pin code.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 299/- to all locations.
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat rate shipping for all orders to all locations at a cost of Rs. 59/- for orders under Rs. 299/-
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order’s status through the carrier’s website.
4. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your items, but in case your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@truflavr.com or +91 77386 72556. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
